1. Consultation
You tell us about your hearing need(s) by contacting us for an appointment. Our hearing care professional then provide expert consultation, at your home.
2. Professional Hearing Evaluation
You will receive ear physical exam and a suite of hearing tests with our state-of-the-art ultra-miniature equipment at your home!
3. Hearing Aid Selection
You will then get our recommendations based on your hearing loss, listening needs, and budget. The hearing aids then will be ordered for you and the next appointment for fitting the new aids will be scheduled.
4. Initial Fitting and Aural Rehabilitation
Once we receive the devices from the manufacturer, you will be fitted with the personalized devices to your specific hearing loss and physical comfort, so that you can hear speech with superior sound quality and listening comfort. We also start a customized 3-phased Aural Rehabilitation Program to not only help your ears hear better, but also help your brain listen better.
5. Further Fittings
One week and 3 weeks later respectively, you will be followed up with our personal visits. We monitor and guide your rehabilitation progress closely and conduct more follow-up's as necessary. All fittings are conducted in the comfort of your own home.
6. Sixty-Day Trial
You have 60 days to try things out. We are very confident you will be totally satisfied. If you are not, we will refund your purchase.
7. Six-Month Follow up
You will get a 6-month follow up appointment for us to ensure your aids are cleaned and in proper working order.
8. Yearly Hearing Evaluation
At each of your hearing evaluation anniversary, you will be re-evaluated for your new hearing. Also your hearing aids will be checked and cleaned so that they are working properly for you.
